Thirsk Quaker Meeting

Meetings for Worship, mostly in silence, take place every Sunday at 10.30 and last about an hour.

We have coffee, biscuits and chat afterwards.

We also hold a fortnightly discussion groups, generally on Monday mornings;  and on the third Sunday of every month, we hold a shared lunch to which all are welcome.

During February and March, our historic Meeting House building hosted a series of free public lectures by Dr Peter Vardy.

This summer, we are hosting Death Cafe Thirsk for three sessions on 1st July, 4th August and 2nd September

All are most welcome to join us and meet with us, whether visitors or local residents, existing Friends or simply curious.
