Meetings for Worship, mostly in silence, take place every Sunday at 10.30 and last about an hour.
We have coffee, biscuits and chat afterwards.
We also hold fortnightly discussion groups at 10:30 on Monday mornings. On the third Sunday of the month, we have shared lunch for all.
In January, we hosted a discussion on civility in local public discourse. During February and March, we held a series of free public lectures by Dr Peter Vardy. We also hosted Death Cafe Thirsk in July, August and September
On Saturday 3rd October, we are holding a half-hour experimental, Silent Meeting for Worship followed by a free continental breakfast
